""Шехтер поултри корпорейшн" против Соединенных Штатов"Дело в Верховном суде США [ Supreme Court, U.S.], решение по которому (1935) определило, что принцип разделения властей [ separation of powers], содержащийся в Конституции США [ Constitution, U.S.], предполагает невозможность делегирования Конгрессом своих основных законодательных полномочий. Ограниченное делегирование полномочий, по решению Суда, возможно только при выработке Конгрессом стандартов правовых обязательств. Исходя из этого, Суд признал неконституционными положения Закона о восстановлении национальной промышленности 1933 [ National Industrial Recovery Act], касавшиеся введения т.н. "кодексов честной конкуренции" [ codes of fair competition], создав тем самым серьезное препятствие для осуществления одной из ключевых программ "Нового курса" [ New Deal].
